Question:
When does my club membership expire?

1. One year from date of confirmation letter. The confirmation letter will show your begin and expire dates.


Question:
How do I take my name off of your club’s Newsletter mailing list?

1. Use the join newsletter form to Unsubscribe from the newsletter.
2. This will only unsubscribe you from the newsletter, not your membership in the Country Graphics Club.


Question:
How do I cancel my club membership?

1. We do not cancel memberships. Your club membership will automatically expire in one year from date of sign up. You can cancel yourself in your own active account.  NO Refunds for paid memberships.

2. Heads UP: If you want to sign up again into any of the paid clubs, you will need to pay again. Exception: You have compromised your LOGIN secret words, your account will auto delete.


Question:
Why do I get locked out of my account when trying to login?

1. When logging in please use the correct user name and password to your account. Passwords and user names are case sensitive.

2. You will only get a few tries and then you will be locked out of the system. First infraction will keep you out for 15 minutes.

3. If you continue to use the wrong credentials you will be locked out for 24 to 48 hours. If this is a persistent occurrence your membership will auto delete.

How do I report technical problems?

Please contact us if you have tech problems within the club.

IF YOU HAVE ANY TECH PROBLEMS AFTER THE NEW SYSTEM IS PUT INTO PLACE… PLEASE LET US KNOW SO THAT WE CAN FIX ANY PROBLEMS THAT ARE OCCURRING.

Please give us as much information as you can… so that we may resolve the problem.

IE: Date you signed up… your user name and password… email you used to sign up with, your name… etc.

Best way to receive our help, is to forward your confirmation email to us using the club help email address.

Remember to add your help me message to the top of the confirmation email.
